After a very successful time at DMIM Mandy has moved on and joined the world of academia, she is now heading the Art History Department at Canadian University in Dubai.
We would like to introduce Alizée our new museum manager who is in her second week at DMIM and is relishing the challenge of developing the museum working on a strong base after over a year of existence.

George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin visited DMIM whilst in Dubai, they particularly enjoyed our Kayser Panorama a wonderful piece of 19th century 3d entertainment! George Clooney was amazed to discover all that went on before and lead to the birth of the cinema.

Here is the table in the third area of the museum where we have a number of reproduction optical toys for visitors to play with, we hope that a hands on approach will help visitors and particularly children to understand how the movement is created.
